I have decided to switch things up.

So i realize that the title of my blog is that its one pet peeve every day...well i should just really change it to things on my mind. Today i would like to dedicate my blog to a more positive side of life. i would like to say thank you to all those young gentlemen out there who go out of their way to open a door for a lady. It happened to me the other day and it made me smile. So thank you to all those young men who still have their heads on straight. Us ladies thank you. Im Out!

Today's Choice of Topic is...

Stupid drivers. Today's pet peeve are people who cannot drive. I was driving the other day and i was in the passing lane trying to go around a guy, who was going fast, but was stuck behind a slow driver and i was clearly going past him when he decided to swich lanes and cut me off, then he decides to go slower than me, and what do you know...he needed to turn also. I do NOT understand why people who are going to make a turn soon, need SO badly to cut in front of you and make you slow down/stop. It makes me very angry.  Im Out!

Hello again all!

Hello, yes i realize that i said it would be the pet peeve of the day, but with school and work, it is more like Pet peeve when i think of it and want to post one :) So here is mine for today.

One of my most hated thing is when people (out of state) make snide remarks to us Kansans about The Wizard Of Oz. I find it annoying when you go out of state and someone asks you where you are from and their comment is "Looks like your not in Kansas anymore!" or "where is Toto?" I really just want to punch people in the face when they say that. But as i think about it. It really is our own fault. I was driving home and I noticed that all along I-135 there are about a Billion billboards having to do something with The Wizard Of Oz. also, any place that sells Kansas merchandise always has something about the dang movie in it. I mean take the Wichita Mid-Continent Airport, the gift shop is BUSTING out with Oz related things. Literally more than half of that place is composed of that stupid paraphernalia. Whosoever idea it was to make this Movie the staple of Kansas needs a major kick in the butt. But i guess that for all time us poor Kansas will be tormented with this thing constantly stuck to our home state. I'm sorry for all of us. I'm Out

Pet Peeve #1.

Today's pet peeve is this: I HATE it when you are in an open theatre with a lot of open seats and the place, that the people that just walked in, decide to sit RIGHT in front of you! there are many other seats, why do you have to sit RIGHT in front of me and block my view when you can stop two seats before you did and not be in my way?! I do not think that this is an irrational feeling.  I normally do not make a big scene of it, I have got frustrated about the fact and got up and moved to a different location, but I think it is one of the most annoying things in the world. I just do not understand why people choose to sit right in front of me when there are other open seats where they will not be disrupting my view.  All I'm saying is people, think about where you sit!

Welcome to Pet Peeve of the Day

Not to long ago I took a "Getting to Know Me Survey" and one of the questions was " What is your biggest pet peeve?" I took a look at that questioned and realized that I did not have just one pet peeve, I roughly a million. So the next few days something would happen and I would jokingly say, Pet peeve of the Day: so-and-so and made a Facebook status out of it. Then my aunt introduced me to this blog site and I thought that it would be a blast to have an actual blog about a pet peeve that bothers me, and post one every day. So here I am, and here we go!
